New build Post-Historic Porsche 911 Race / Rally / Retro Rallycross / Hillclimb / Sprint eligible for so many different disciplines within Historic race series at a highly competitive level.
1974 spec shell built by us with the latest “rops” drop bar FIA TIG weld in roll cage, and all the shell strengthening we did with the fact in mind I may wish to change this to an FIA rally car someday, adding approx 5kgs of weight, however the car still only weighs in at a very lightweight 900kgs with “heavy” Minilte wheels. This weight is with steel wings and doors, it could reduce by another 30kg easily

Fully rebuilt 964/3.6ltr engine with all new ARP rod and head bolts by ”Strasse Porsche Leeds” engine builder old man Dave Sutherland, the original engine builder for Jack Tordoff,
A 964 engine 3.6 on new twin PMO 50’s, and custom made race headers and manifolds (Turbo Thomas) Very nice and expensive

Wasted spark ignition system with Canems ignition control ECU.

I'm expecting to see a correct very reserved figure of 315/320bhp with huge torque and driveability.

We sourced a fully rebuilt race ratio 930 gearbox from a very reputable company in the USA (have all the details to show) of course these are a 4 speed Turbo box originally and are the only box which will stand the power and torque of the 3.6 tuned motor reliably, along with the correct refurbed ZF LSD unit, all fully rebuilt and unused, as per the engine

Full Reiger FIA rebound adjustable dampers on adjustable height coil springs.

Latest 911 spec WRC style wiring harness in Raychem.

Alcon Racing 4 pot calipers front and rear along with a Prepfab dash bias adjustable dual AP cylinder pedal box.

The spec goes on and on, bottom line is; I built this car for myself, but have changed my mind about what I'm doing, (karts & Peugeot GPA 205’s have taken over!!)

However my original thoughts were for Rallycross but having been to watch a few of these meetings, there's no way I'm doing that with my new beautiful car, hillclimb, sprint, race is the way forward for this car, or quite simply put some lights in and it's a rally car

For sale at a very realistic price compared to its original build cost at £65k no offers.

Proper air cooled race 911 restored condition, rarely available in this condition and specification, appreciating assets.
Part Exchange considered with difference up or down, realistic prices only(currently looking for an A class motorhome)
