2 x PTS GPA 6speed Gearboxes

I have 2 genuine Peugeot Talbot Sport GPA 6 speed gearboxes for sale

Gearbox 1: This gearbox is complete and ready to rally. It is the ultra close ratio big tooth gearbox as offered by PTS in the late 80s early 90s as an option on the 1900 GPA 205 and 309 16v GTI. I have personally owned this gearbox for over 20 years and can vouch for its history.  Rebuilt 3 events before it’s last outing in 2012 with a brand new 5.23 cwp from Skip Browne Cars and a new Tran x plate differential. Ratios are shown in the photo snippet from the GPA homologation papers A-5325. This is the correct box for a proper historic GPA 205/309, ultra rare in its day and almost impossible to find now.

Gearbox 1 is still in the car and pictures will be available on request.

Gearbox 2: This box is for spares or repair. Currently dismantled. Bought by me 10 years ago, history unknown but believed to be an early 205 GPA box with the ZF type one peice crownwheel/diff cover (listed as an option in the A-5325 Fia homologation papers). Close ratio with long 1st gear.  Ratios are shown on hand written page picture. This box suffered an input shaft failure and the ZF differential housing was missing when I bought it. Cwp is 5.23 also. Suitable for spares or repair.
